To clearly demonstrate that NETGEAR products offer world-class quality, NETGEAR now offers the original purchaser a limited lifetime hardware warranty. This means that as long as a customer owns the product and can show original proof of purchase, NETGEAR will replace it if it breaks. NETGEAR knows that its products are reliable and wants its customers to find that out, too.

NETGEAR Products Covered with a Lifetime Warranty

NETGEAR WNR1000v3

Which products are covered?
Only the WNR1000v3 that is purchased within the United States on or after November 1st, 2011 will have lifetime hardware warranty coverage.  Customers who purchased the WNR1000v3 either outside the United States or prior to November 1st, 2011 will only receive coverage under the original warranty that came with the product.

NETGEAR WNR2000

How long are products covered?

For as long as the original buyer owns the WNR2000-100NAS.  Original proof of purchase is required to receive warranty service.

Which NetGear products are covered?

Only the WNR2000-100NAS that is purchased within the United States on or after October 1, 2009 will have lifetime hardware warranty coverage.  Customers who purchased the WNR2000-100NAS either outside the United States or prior to October 1, 2009 will only receive coverage under the original warranty that came with the product.
